A custom sigma mixer may travel across ports, warehouses and long-distance transport before it reaches the customer's site. Packing records help the buyer see whether the mixer body, control cabinet, accessories and spare parts are protected, labeled and prepared according to the shipping arrangement.
What HengMing Records Before Loading
Before container loading, HengMing can record wooden case packing, protective covering, fixing details, shipping marks, packing list checks, wearing parts / spare parts list checks and accessory confirmation. These records help reduce the risk of missing items or unclear package identification after arrival.
Container Loading Confirmation
During loading, HengMing records where the mixer is placed, how the package is handled and how the cargo is fixed inside the container. Loading photos and videos give the buyer a clearer record of the final handling step before the cargo leaves HengMing.
Project Folder and Shipping Documents
Packing and loading records can be included in the customer project folder together with the PDI materials and shipping documents. This makes it easier for the buyer to keep inspection, packing, loading and delivery-related files in one traceable record set.
