Pre-Order Sigma Mixer Material Trial
What the trial can help you examine
Relevant process steps
Depending on the sample and scope, the trial may examine mixing or kneading behavior and, where applicable, temperature, vacuum, or discharge conditions. The operation list is agreed around the material and available setup.
What the trial result can establish
A trial result applies to the sample and conditions examined. It informs the next machine discussion. Scale-up and production performance still require confirmation against the final process.
Sample, setup, and cost limits
Sample quantity, available equipment, operating conditions, and cost should be discussed before a trial is arranged. Free testing should not be assumed.
After the trial
The observations can inform a machine proposal and identify further questions. If a purchased machine later needs verification, the available checks depend on the finished machine, agreed conditions, and the scope of the review.
After reviewing trial observations, return to the Core Sigma Mixer configuration path for the broader machine discussion.
When the project reaches purchased-machine verification, review the later PDI step.
Include the sample description, process steps, feeding sequence, target result, and any known temperature, vacuum, or discharge requirement.
Review the Material Trial Mixer equipment.
review lab-scale trial equipment when the project is still at an R&D or small-batch stage.
