Some Sigma Mixer projects require documentation or a customer-appointed inspection step in addition to the machine review. HengMing provides CE certificate and CE test report support for custom Sigma Mixer project documentation and can cooperate with customer-appointed SGS, BV or other third-party inspection companies when independent verification is required.
What should be confirmed first?
Start with the document or inspection requirement in the project brief. Confirm the document type, the project and machine scope, the required timing, the appointed inspection company if applicable, and the records that must be available.
Document availability and inspection arrangements are project-specific. Third-party service fees are arranged by the customer.
How inspection support may fit the project
Depending on the agreed inspection scope, a customer-appointed inspector may review project documents, configuration or nameplate information, selected components, electrical-cabinet or safety-related items, test-run condition, packing preparation or loading. The exact scope must be agreed with the customer-appointed inspection company and HengMing.
Certificates, PDI and loading records have different roles
Use this service for document availability and customer-appointed inspection coordination. Use Pre-Delivery Inspection for the machine review before final payment or acceptance. Use Packing & Loading for shipment preparation and loading records. An educational article can explain why these records matter, but the project scope must still be confirmed directly.
